Fun family 11/14/2008 Share I really enjoyed photographing this family. Not only were they a lot of fun, but they had the cutest little 9 month old daughter. I could photograph her all day long. Even when she was tired, she'd yawn, rub her eyes and then smile at me. So cute! Check out my new chair! I thought it would be too big for her age, but she managed it fine. Add or View Comments(0)
One of my favorites comes back 11/10/2008 Share I photographed the older of these two boys a couple years ago when he was 1 1/2 years old and it was just a great session. You may recognize him in my portfolio! Well he came back to introduce me to his 1 1/2 year old little brother and we had another great session. Both boys are so sweet and mild mannered. Beautiful window light 10/29/2008 Share This family is building a sunroom that just has perfect light for portraits. These kids were delightful, full of laughs and happiness (probably because the boy's birthday party was coming up later in the day!). So we had some fun with the window light and took some shots outside as well. I love this image. Although I have lots of smiley ones of him, I like the way the lighting matches the expression. The Spirit Kids 10/21/2008 Share I've known this family for a while and their Mom is like a hero to me. But I haven't actually seen them for a couple years and wow have they grown up! And these kids have spirit! I can really identify with the youngest girl because I personally have a brother 3 years older, another brother 5 years older and a sister 8 years older just like her. She's just missing one extra older sister that I have who is 11 years older than me. I like this one because it really shows their spirit. Add or View Comments(0)
Studio fun 10/15/2008 Share We had hoped to make this session a combo session, but alas the Colorado weather is starting to change and it just wasn't cooperating this day so we had some fun in the studio! Grandparent's Day 10/13/2008 Share Well, it's not really Grandparents Day, but it basically was for this family. Their kids (and grandkids) live in three different countries so it is a real joy for them to have them all visiting at one time. They had a session for the whole family on a beautiful Autumn day. Oh, those eyes! 10/8/2008 Share When I first met this little 2 month old girl, I couldn't believe her eyes. And now that I've gotten to capture her in images - I still can't believe her eyes! She almost reminds me of a Disney princess with the small fine features and the large exotic eyes. We did some outside family shots and then moved inside for some window light shots. Fall colors are here! 10/2/2008 Share This was my first fall color session of the season and, wow oh wow, the colors! This is a new location I found in Evergreen and I'm loving it. This family was so nice and their girls so sweet. I love this family image. It has a good chance of making it to my portfolio (when it finally gets updated in early 2009). Nap time... Shy, reserved and happy 10/1/2008 Share The mom of this beautiful 4 year old girl let me know ahead of time that she tends to be shy and reserved.
